While the atmosphere was lovely, the sporadic noise from waves crashing at night disrupted sleep. The carpets felt somewhat outdated and could use a refresh to match the surrounding beauty.

the hotel was just oozing with mediocrity, like a 3rd-rate vacation spot. poor housekeeping left my table dirty, and who can stand a night with curtains in tatters? I almost thought of a stunning review until I realized that no one bothered to cater to my needs, not even a simple upgrade or welcome gift. shocking, really.

The outdoor heated pool offers breathtaking views with a tropical atmosphere surrounding it. The staff are incredibly friendly, always on hand to assist and maintain the cleanliness of the common areas. The buffet breakfast has a chef who prepares omelettes on request, along with a good variety of meats and pastries.

The hotel could benefit from updating some of its amenities, as the room cards can be troublesome.

The garden area was stunning with various outdoor activities and three pools offering breathtaking sea views. I appreciated the complementary room upgrade to a spacious suite with two terraces overlooking the ocean. The breakfast selection was impressive and the coordination for gluten and dairy allergies was top-notch. we experienced some disturbances at night due to the wind noise in our ocean view room, which was a bit disruptive for light sleepers like me.

Our stay lasted seven delightful nights in a double room with sea view. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering local dining tips that made our meals memorable. We relished the complimentary shuttle service into town, which made exploring easy, even with the uphill walk back. Don’t miss the beautiful gardens!
